What happens in the free 15-minute discovery call?

We discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals. You understand how the process works and I assess whether I can help. There's no obligation to book a paid plan afterward.

Do I need to be in India to consult with you?

No. I consult clients across India, UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and the Gulf. All sessions are online via video call. Consultation times are in IST — I'll confirm a time that works across your timezone.

How is the diet plan delivered?

As a branded PDF via WhatsApp and email. Your first plan is delivered within 72 hours of completing your health intake form. Revised plans (monthly or bi-weekly, depending on your package) are delivered in the same way.

Can I consult if I have a chronic condition like diabetes or thyroid?

Yes — medical nutrition therapy for chronic conditions is a core part of my practice. I work alongside your physician. Please share your recent lab reports when you complete the intake form.

What do I need to prepare for the first consultation?

Ideally: recent lab reports (blood glucose, HbA1c, TSH, lipid profile, or whatever you have), a list of current medications, and a rough idea of your daily eating pattern. Nothing is mandatory for the first call.

How is WhatsApp support structured?

Depending on your plan — 5 days/week (Mon–Fri) for Starter, 5 days/week for Advanced, priority support for Premium. I respond within 4–6 hours during support hours. For urgent medical concerns, contact your physician.

Can I combine a specialty plan (e.g. Maternal Nutrition) with a main plan?

Yes. Specialty plans — Maternal, Senior, and Child Nutrition — are designed to be combined with any main plan. They add condition-specific guidance on top of the base plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, debit/credit card, and net banking via Razorpay for Indian clients. International clients can pay via Stripe (USD, AED, GBP, and other currencies).

What is the refund policy?

For single sessions: refund available if cancelled 24 hours before the session. For multi-month packages: a pro-rated refund is available within the first 7 days. After that, packages are non-refundable but transferable to another person.

How often is my diet plan updated?

Monthly for Starter and Premium plans. Bi-weekly for Advanced Health Management. Updates are based on your check-in data, lab results, and symptom reports.

Is my health information kept confidential?

Yes. All health data is treated as confidential clinical information. It is not shared with third parties. Sensitive cases (oncology, nephrology) have additional privacy handling.

Can you help with weight loss for a wedding / event in 2 months?

I can help you make meaningful, sustainable progress in 2 months — but I don't prescribe crash protocols. The focus will be on losing fat while preserving muscle and maintaining energy, not on a number on a scale by a date.

Do you write prescriptions or can you replace my doctor?

No. Dietitians are not medical doctors. I cannot prescribe medication. My role is dietary management, which works alongside, not instead of, your physician's care.

What if I don't see results in the first month?

We review progress at every check-in. If markers aren't moving as expected, I adjust the plan — that's what the bi-weekly and monthly revisions are for. Results vary by condition, starting baseline, and adherence.
